All products sold by Universal International Business, LLC are covered against manufacturing defects by their manufacturer’s warranty. Accidental or erroneous orders are subject to a restocking fee of 15% or more depending on manufacturer and origin. For a full description of the Return Policy please refer “Return Policy” section in this page.
Applicable laws Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the state of Florida, U.S., regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the Florida courts located in Broward county, Florida, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.
– To improve customer service: Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
– To process payments: We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.
– To send periodic emails: We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site.
Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over a secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures. Our Site is also in compliance with PCI vulnerability standards in order to create as secure of an environment as possible for Users.

If defect occurs or is apparent after installation, proof that the product was installed by a licensed contractor or technician may be required for warranty coverage.
Universal International Business, LLC. will replace at no charge for parts only or, at its option, replace any product or part of the product that proves defective because of improper workmanship and/or material, under normal installation, use, service and maintenance. If Universal International Business, LLC. is unable to provide a replacement and repair is not practical or cannot be made in a timely fashion, Universal International Business, LLC. may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product.
Our warranty periods are 6 months from the documented date of purchase, depending on the type of product and where it was purchased.
Universal International Business, LLC. guarantees to extend to clients all warranty coverage offered to Universal International Business, LLC. from the manufacturer of the product. Universal International Business, LLC. will negotiate all claims for clients not covered by the Limited Warranty that fall under the agreement of initial purchase warranty coverage offered to Universal International Business, LLC. from the manufacturer of the product.
A. Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
B. Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from (1) normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alteration.
C. Accessories or connected materials and products not related to the original purchased product. Our limited warranties are void if a product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations (including removal of any component or external cover).
D. Our Warranty does not cover items damaged causes for electrical failures.
E. Our Warranty does not cover items installed by unlicensed technicians
How to File a Claim?
To request warranty service you must email at email@example.com and provide:
1. The sales receipt or other evidence of the date and place of purchase.
2. A description of the problem.
When warranty service is completed, any repaired or replacement product or part will be returned to you postage prepaid. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT (OR, IN LIMITED CIRCUMSTANCES, REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE) AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER. UNIVERSAL INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS, LLC. NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY PERSON TO CREATE FOR IT ANY OTHER OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PRODUCT. INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS, LLC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY).
Universal International Business, LLC is not in the business of profiting from freight charges. we charge only what it costs us to ship the product to you. We usually ship via DHL and have packages picked up from our warehouses.
Items with “Factory Order” availability are shipped from the manufacturer and are assumed to have a lead time (time before shipping) of one week or more, but may ship sooner.
We do not always have real-time access to manufacturer inventories so these products may sometimes have build times or backorders that exceed typical lead times. We will notify you in such an event so that you may choose to accept the new lead time or cancel the order for a full refund.
Items marked “Factory Stock” or “Factory Order” are shipped directly from the manufacturer or other outside source (drop shipping). In some circumstances, drop shipping may not be possible and the products will be shipped to our location before we ship them out to you.
Items marked “In Stock” but with no availability numbers may ship from Universal International Business, LLC, or directly from the manufacturer, depending on shipping destination and inventory.
We do not guarantee any ship times for items shipped from manufacturers or sources other than our local stock. However, you can email at firstname.lastname@example.org to verify availability before purchasing.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information; this includes matching the address with the correct postal code as entered in the checkout process. If the carrier is unable find the shipping destination due to customer error in entering the address, the shipping costs associated with returning the package to Universal International Business, LLC and re-shipping the package to its correct address will be the responsibility of the customer. Returned packages that the customer opts not to re-ship are subject to the return policy and standard restocking fees.
Please be sure to inspect your package using the guidelines below before accepting the delivery.
• Examine both the packaging and the material inside to ensure there are no physical damages before the driver leaves.
• If your material has arrived damaged, please note all damages on the delivery receipt and refuse the delivery.
Note: Damaged units MUST be reported Immediately.
• Note the damage on shipper’s documentation.
• If possible, take pictures of the damage.
• Refuse the ENTIRE shipment.
All packages must be opened and inspected within 7 days to insure the ability to return damaged products. For product damage not discovered until the opening of packages please submit a Return request for authorization and shipping address verification. Please document all damage with pictures if possible and email them to email@example.com
Products damaged during shipping are not subject to a restocking fee and the customer will not be charged for return shipping. Products will be replaced at no charge or a full refund will be issued.
